We collect your name, work email, company, estimated quantity, product reference and project message. We record the submission time, inquiry reference, processing status and last effective business contact date. The server uses IP addresses and necessary access and security records to protect the site, limit abuse and handle duplicate submissions. Please do not include sensitive personal information or unrelated personal data in your message.

Our website server and its private SQLite inquiry database are hosted in the United States. Authorized website administrators and inquiry operators access records according to their roles. Administrators can manage the site and export inquiries; inquiry operators can view inquiries and update their handling status but cannot export them or manage site content. NetEase enterprise email sends inquiry notifications from outbox@hcpackagingus.com to lisa@hcpackagingus.com. A notification includes the inquiry reference, name, work email, company, quantity and selected product information; the full project message remains in the protected website database. Hosting and email providers process information to provide these services. Authorized business staff may access information from other countries; email processing follows the provider’s infrastructure.

We use an essential administrator session cookie for authenticated staff access and a short-lived receipt cookie to display a saved inquiry. The project brief tool keeps your entries in browser session storage until you clear them or successfully save the inquiry; the browser may also clear them when the tab or session ends. The site does not currently use analytics or advertising tracking tags.

Our normal inquiry retention period is 24 months after the last effective business contact. If no later contact is recorded, the submission date is used. Staff record later business contact and review records that reach the retention date for deletion. A documented legal obligation or active dispute may require a longer, limited retention period. Access logs are retained for up to 30 days; inquiry IP addresses are removed after 30 days. Email notifications and any authorized exports must also be reviewed and deleted under the retention procedure; deleting a website record does not automatically delete mailbox copies. We do not currently operate automatic off-site backups.

You may contact hc@hcpackagingasia.com to request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity and consider applicable legal obligations before acting. We use HTTPS, authenticated role-based access, private data storage and abuse controls. No system can guarantee absolute security or availability.

Choosing WhatsApp or an email link opens an external service whose privacy terms apply. The WhatsApp link includes the public packaging page reference, not the completed inquiry fields. We may update this policy as our operations change; the current version is published on this page.
