The seven industries keep every source product in its original primary category. Choose from the contents and handling task rather than artwork alone. A retail display, gift reveal, storage container and mailing pack can use similar outlines while requiring different support, closure and verification.
| Application | Starting inputs | Decision to verify |
|---|---|---|
| Beauty & cosmetics | Full bottle/jar dimensions, filled weight or hair-bundle length | Outer pack versus formula-contact mechanism |
| Food & beverage | Wrapped, primary-container or direct-fill format | Contact layers, sealing, access and market evidence |
| Toys & games | Piece count, age group and label requirements | Pack-out, retrieval and applicable use/safety review |
| Gifts & crafts | Object weight, presentation and carrying task | Reveal, support and attachment testing |
| Personal care & fitness | Item dimensions, accessories and contact conditions | Loading, retrieval and material suitability |
| Electronics & accessories | Device outline, cables and fragile surfaces | Retention and clean removal with the actual components |
| Shipping & mailing | Rolled/rigid dimensions and carrier route | End closure and filled-pack handling |
A retail pack needs a legible principal panel and convenient product access. A gift pack prioritizes the opening sequence and positioning. A storage use depends on what remains inside and how often the lid opens. A mailing pack must be reviewed for its carrier route and filled condition. A possible second use is a design consideration, not a claim that any pictured tube is food-safe, recyclable or suitable for repeated contact.
The same tube shape can serve different uses. Contact conditions, handling, labeling and access are decided by the actual contents.
